what kettlebells do i need to get started?

You’ll need 2-3 kettlebells to get started. A detailed purchasing guide will be sent out during onboarding.

is there a minimum length of commitment?

Nope! You can cancel anytime.

how much of a time commitment are the workouts?

There are 3 workouts/week. They should take about 1 hour to complete, although the first 3-6 workouts may take slightly longer. as you adapt to the programming platform.

i have zero strength training experience. is the blueprint right for me?

Yes! There are 2 tracks to the Kettlebell Blueprint - Beginner and Intermediate. We determine during onboarding which track you will start on. Beginner is achievable for absolute, total beginners.
